Ingredients

1 | cup | Packed Brown Sugar |
¼ | cup | Fresh Garlic, pulverized |
¼ | cup | Fresh Ginger, pulverized |
2 | cups | Shoyu (Soy Sauce) |
4 | pounds | Chicken Thighs, trimmed |
Directions
1. Combine the sugar, garlic, ginger and shoyu in a large bowl.
Marinate the thighs for 1 to 2 hrs. Pat dry.
2. Cook over white- hot coals for about 30 mins or until tender, turning often.
