1 | can | Whole kernel white corn |
1 | can | Cream of mushroom soup |
1 | small | Potato |
4 | ounces | Heavy cream |
12 | ounces | Whole milk |
1 | Stick butter or oleo | |
2 | Stems celery | |
1 | small | Bell pepper |
1 | medium | White or yellow onion Garlic powder Cayenne pepper Salt ot sauce (Tabasco) Parsley |
Directions
Chop celery, onion, and bell pepper fine. Saute seasonings in butter until soft and onions are clear. Add peeled, diced potato and raw seafood. Saute 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and seasonings to taste. Simmer on low- medium to medium heat, approximately ½ hour, stirring occasionally. Serve with Parmesan Bread.
