Absurdly easy chocolate cake (vegan)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking soda
½ tablespoon Salt
6 tablespoons Oil
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Cold water

Directions

Mix the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients. Stir until smooth.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
