Ingredients

2 | cups | Flour; unbleached |
½ | cup | Whole wheat flour |
½ | cup | Rolled oats |
¼ | cup | Cornmeal |
¼ | cup | Pumpernickel flour; (I used rye) |
¼ | cup | Sunflower seeds |
¼ | cup | Brown sugar |
1 | tablespoon | Bread boost; (or use gluten) |
2 | teaspoons | Dry yeast |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | cup | Buttermilk powder (or dried milk) |
3 | tablespoons | Butter; softened |
1 | cup | Lukewarm water; (1 to 1 1/4) |
Directions
Put all ingredients in bread machine and start "dough" cycle. When finished (one rise cycle), take out and shape into loaf and place in standard bread pan (8½" x 4½"). Drape loaf lightly with greased plastic wrap, and let rise for 1½ hours, or until crowned about 1" over top of pan. Bake bread in 350 deg oven for 35-40 mins or until done. >From: pasquale@...
