Amarillo double chocolate cake

| 2 | smalls | Packages instant chocolate |

| 4 | Eggs, beaten | |
| ½ | cup | Vegetable oil |
| 1½ | cup | Water |
| 12 | ounces | Package chocolate chips |
| Chocolate icing (opt) | ||
Directions
Beat together first five ingredients until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan for one hour at 350 degrees F. Frost when cool.
