Apple icing bread^

3 | cups | Apple or other fruit sauce |
½ | cup | Chopped dried fruit |
½ | cup | Chopped NUTS OR SEEDS |
¼ | cup | Coconut |
Directions
Roll out dough ¼" thick on oiled cookie sheet. Let raise 10 minutes.
Cover with fruit sauce then evenly sprinkle remaining items on top.
Bake at 350F. 35-40 minutes.
Variations:
Leave out nuts and seeds and spread a thin layer of EMULSIFIED PEANUT BUTTER or HOMEMADE NUT BUTTER on the dough before the fruit sauce.
