Apple pie cake #1

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Flour
½ cup Chopped nuts
2½ cup Diced apples
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 tablespoons Hot water

Directions

Combine ingredients in order given. (Batter will be thick). Bake in a greased 9-inch pie pan for 45 minutes at 350F. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Delish.
