Avocado moulded salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack Lime Gelatin Powder
½ cup Warm Water
1 can (1 Lb.) Crushed Pineapple; drain-reserve liquid
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
½ cup Mayonnaise
¾ cup Whipped Cream
½ cup Avocado (Ripe & Soft); diced

Directions

Dissolve jello in water and stir in ½ cup pineapple juice. Cool. When it thickens, add pineapple. Salt and add lemon juice. Fold in mayonnaise, whipped cream and avocado. Mould.
