Baked herbed fish

Ingredients

pounds Fish steaks
1 each 8oz can tomato sauce
¼ teaspoon Dried thyme
¼ teaspoon Dried basil
teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Finely chopped onions
1 clove Garlic, minced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Place fish in a shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients, spread evenly over fish. Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes.
