Barbecued pork

1 | teaspoon | Chili sauce |
1 | teaspoon | Celery seeds |
1 | cup | Catsup |
¼ | cup | Worcestershire sauce |
¼ | cup | Vinegar |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar, brown |
1 | cup | Water |
Directions
Cook pork in lightly salted water over low heat 2 to 2-½ hours; drain, reserving 1 cup broth. Cut pork into thin slices, and place in a large shallow baking pan.
Combine 1 teaspoon salt, reserved broth, and remaining ingredients; mix well, and pour over pork slices. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
