Barbecued salmon with basil

2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh basil / OR |
1 | teaspoon | Dried |
4 | Salmon steaks 6 - 8 oz each | |

Directions
Combine lemon juice, olive oil and basil, brush on both sides of salmon. Grill over medium hot coals 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes when tested with fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
