Basic loaf recipe for legumes

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

1 | cup | Legumes; cooked |
1 | cup | Bread crumbs, wheat germ or ground nuts |
1 | cup | Liquid--soymilk, tomato juice, etc. |
Seasonings to taste--garlic, onions, etc |
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in loaf pan in 350 degree oven until firm, about 30 minutes.
