Basics: couscous

cup Vegetable or chicken stock or water
pinch Salt
1 cup Couscous

Directions

Basics for new cooks:

In saucepan, bring water and salt to boil; stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Makes 3 cups, or 4 servings.
