Beer bread mix with recipes

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Self rising flour
3 tablespoons Sugar BEER BREAD:
1 pack Bread mix
12 ounces Can beer -OR-
12 ounces Can seltzer, unflavored
½ cup Butter, melted

Directions

Mix: Combine well and store in an airtight container.

Beer Bread: Preheat oven to 375. Combine bread mix and beer or seltzer, beating with a wooden spoon. The batter will be lumpy. Place in a greased loaf pan, pouring ⅓ of the melted butter ontop. Bake 40 minutes; pur another ⅓ butter on top. Bake 10 minutes more, p Dilly Beer Bread: Include 2 tb dried dillweed in blend, or ¼ cup fresh snipped dill at baking time.

Cheesy Beer Bread: Add 1 cup grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese and 4 shakes hot pepper sauce. All other recipe steps are the same.
