Berries with amaretto cream

2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
2 tablespoons Amaretto
1 cup Sliced Strawberries
1 cup Blueberries

Choose blueberries that are firm, uniform in size and indigo blue with a silvery frost. Berries shouldn't be washed until you are ready to use them.

1. In a small bowl, combine amaretto cream ingredients; beat with wire whisk until well blended. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate 2. To serve, spoon berries into 4 individual serving bowls; top with amaretto cream.
