Biscotti mix with recipe

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Flour
2 cups Chopped almonds
½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Baking soda
cup Sugar
¼ teaspoon Dried lemon peel
¼ teaspoon Dried orange peel BISCOTTI:
1 pack Mix
3 larges Eggs
½ cup Buter, melted
½ teaspoon Anise extract
1 large Egg, separated

Directions

Mix: Combine and store in an airtight container.

Biscotti: Preheat oven to 375. Combine mix with eggs, butter, anise and yolk from separated egg. Beat on low speed until dough is smooth.
