1 | cup | Flour |
½ | cup | Chopped pecans |
1 | cup | Confectionary sugar |
1 | cup | Whipped cream |
1 | pack | (8 oz) cream cheese |
2½ | tablespoon | Peanut butter; (optional, but tstes superb with it in) |
1 | pack | (small) instant vanilla pudding |
1 | pack | (small) instant chocolate pudding |
2¼ | cup | Milk |
Directions
CRUST
FOR 1ST LAYER
FOR 2ND LAYER
Crust: mix all together, press into a 9 * 13 pan (note: will be thin). Bake on 350* till light brown. let cool.
1ST LAYER: mix all together, spread onto the cooled crust.
2ND LAYER: mix all together till thick, then spread on the second layer.
