Bleu spruce wreath

Ingredients

8 ounces Cream cheese
4 ounces Bleu cheese; crumbled
2 tablespoons Brandy or pineapple juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Instant onion; minced
1 can Crushed pineapple; drained

2 cups Cheddar cheese; shredded
Garnishes: fresh parsley,
. chopped red bell pepper,

Directions

Place unwrapped cream cheese in a 2-quart glass measure, Microwave on medium (50 percent) 1@/2 minutes to soften. Blend in bleu cheese. Add brandy, Worcestershire. onion and drained pineapple, blend thoroughly.

Fold in Cheddar; mix well.

Place drinking glass in center of serving plate; spoon cheese mixture to form a wreath around glass. Smooth with a spatula; remove glass.

Garnish as desired with parsley and bell pepper.

Optional: Form cheese mixture into shape of a Christmas tree. In addition to chopped parsley and bell pepper, add a few pecan halves for the tree trunk and a star (cut from lemon rind or yellow bell pepper) at top of tree.

Serve with crackers.
