Bolognese pasta sauce

1 | Onion; diced | |
1 | Clove garlic; chopped | |
1 | can | Mushrooms; (or fresh), cut into small pieces |
1 | large | Can tomatoes; chopped |
1 | Cube beef stock | |
Salt | ||
Pepper | ||
Nutmeg | ||
Oregano |
Directions

Fry onion and garlic in oil, then add meat and fry until brown. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, stock and some water (app. ¼ l), and simmer for about 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and oregano. Serve over any kind of pasta and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
