Brandied summer fruit

Ingredients

1½ | cup | Apricots, sliced |
1 | cup | Strawberries, sliced |
1 | cup | Blackberries |
1 | cup | Cantaloupe, cubed and peeled |
½ | cup | Raspberries |
¼ | cup | Apple juice |
¼ | cup | Brandy |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
Mint leaves, optional |
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl; and toss fruit gently. Cover fruit, and chill for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Garnish fruit with mint leaves, if desired.
