Brandied summer fruit

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Apricots, sliced
1 cup Strawberries, sliced
1 cup Blackberries
1 cup Cantaloupe, cubed and peeled
½ cup Raspberries
¼ cup Apple juice
¼ cup Brandy
2 tablespoons Sugar
Mint leaves, optional

Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl; and toss fruit gently. Cover fruit, and chill for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Garnish fruit with mint leaves, if desired.
