Ingredients

| 1 | small | Head of cabbage; shredded |
| 1 | small | White onion; chopped |
| 1 | Green pepper; chopped | |
| 1 | Red pepper; chopped | |
| 1 | small | Carrot; grated |
| 3 | tablespoons | Minced parsley |
| ½ | cup | Cider vinegar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | White pepper |
| ½ | cup | Salad oil |
Directions

DRESSING
1. Combine all salad ingredients; toss to mix.
2. Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar or shaker. Shake to blend well.
3. Pour mixed dressing over salad. Cover and chill.
