Broccoli corn bread

Ingredients

2 eaches Eggs
1 cup Cottage cheese
1 pack Frozen chopped broccoli, thawed (10 oz.)
¾ cup Chopped onion
½ cup Butter or margarine, melted, divided
2 packs Corn bread/muffin mix (8 1/2 oz. ea.)

Directions

In a mixing bowl. lightly beat eggs. Add cottage cheese, broccoli, onion, 6 tablespoons butter and muffin mix; beat well. pour remaining butter into a 10-inch ovenproof skillet; pour batter into skillet.
