Brownie meringues

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (6 oz) semi-sweet choc. bits
½ teaspoon Vanilla
2 Egg whites
½ cup Sugar
1 dash Salt
¾ cup Broken walnuts
½ teaspoon Vinegar

Directions

Heat oven to 350.

Melt chocolate bits. Beat egg whites with salt, vinegar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating to stiff peaks. Fold in chocolate and nuts. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
