Candied chicken

Ingredients

3 | pounds | Whole chicken; cut up |
¼ | cup | Onion; chopped |
¾ | cup | Water |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1½ | cup | Brown sugar |
½ | cup | Ketchup |
¼ | cup | Prepared mustard |
1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
Directions
Coat chicken with flour. Fry till barely golden. Place in pyrex casserole dish and pour sauce over the top. Cover tightly with a lid or foil. Bake at
350 for 1½ hours.
Serving Ideas : Serve over warm rice.
NOTES : When this comes out it falls off the bone. This is one of my = families favorite chicken recipes. It is kind of a cross between sweet = and sour and barbque.
