Cannellini beans and tuna

1 | can | Tuna in water (6 1/2 oz.) |
1 | can | Cannellini beans, rinsed in cold water |
And drained (15-19 oz.) OR | ||
1 | can | Great northern beans, rinsed in cold water |
And drained (15-19 oz.) | ||
1 | small | Red onion, finely diced |
1 | each | Stalk Celery, finely diced |
¼ | cup | Italian parsley, minced (flat leaf) |
½ | teaspoon | Dried oregano |
½ | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
½ | teaspoon | Dijon mustard |
⅛ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste |
Directions
