Carrot and raisin slaw

2 | tablespoons | Shallots; Chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon Juice |
3 | cups | Carrots; Grated, Packed |
½ | cup | Raisins |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise with mustard, shallots, and lemon juice.
