Casa manila's pork adobo

Ingredients

4 pounds Pork roast, trimmed of
Bone and fat, cubed
1 cup Vinegar
¼ cup Soy sauce
4 Cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Freshly ground pepper

Directions

In bowl, combine pork, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper; marinate 30 minutes. Transfer to heavy bottomed skillet; bring to a boil; reduce heat, simmer 3½ to 4 hours or until liquid's almost evaporated. Serve with steamed rice.
