Caviar butter

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Butter
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ cup Caviar; black preferred
Parsley; fresh, chopped, opt

Directions

Cream the butter and add the lemon juice and caviar. Chill, mold or cut shapes and serve on fish dishes as a garnish. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
