1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
¼ | cup | Caviar; black preferred |
Parsley; fresh, chopped, opt |
Directions
Cream the butter and add the lemon juice and caviar. Chill, mold or cut shapes and serve on fish dishes as a garnish. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
