Ingredients

1 | cup | Flour |
2 | tablespoons | Cornmeal |
¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
⅛ | teaspoon | Salt, cayenne |
¼ | cup | Butter |
1 | cup | Sharp cheddar; grated |
2 | tablespoons | Parmesan cheese; grated |
5 | tablespoons | Water |
Directions
1. In bowl, put first 5 ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add both cheeses and toss. Sprinkle with water and mix into ball.
2. Roll out on lightly floured surface to 16"x5" rectangle. Cut in ½" wide strips crosswise, making 32 strips. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 400F for 10 mins until golden. Cool on rack.
Store in open container to retain crispness.
