3 | ounces | Lowfat Neufchatel Cheese; Softened |
3 | packs | Equal® Sweetener; or 2 Tbsp regular sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Milk; 1% Lowfat |
2 | cups | Cool Whip Lite® |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
Directions
Beat cheese, sugar and milk until blended and smooth. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla. Serve with assorted fruits, cookies or cake cubes.
Makes 2 cups.
