Cheesy spinach-stuffed meat loaf

1 pack Frozen spinach

3 tablespoons Ketchup

1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese -- grated
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
teaspoon Garlic powder

In a large bowl, combine meat loaf ingredients, mixing lightly but thoroughly. On waxed paper, pat into a 14-in. x 10-in. rectangle. In a medium bowl, combine filling ingredients; mix well. Spread over rectangle, leaving ¾ in. around edges. Starting at short end, roll up jelly-roll fashion. Press meat mixture over filling at both ends to seal. Place loaf, seam side down, on a rack in a roasting pan.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 deg. for 1 hour. Spread ketchup on top; return to the oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese: let stand a few minutes. Cut into 1-in. thick slices. Yield: 6 servings.
