Chicken & ham soup ^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 cups Clear chicken stock
½ cup White wine
2 slices Mild cooked ham, fat removed and shredded
½ cup Lightly cooked fresh peas
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh tarragon OR-
½ teaspoon Dried tarragon
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley

Directions

Heat chicken stock in large saucepan. When stock is hot, add wine, ham, peas and tarragon. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
