4 | Split chicken breasts; skinless, boneless | |
14 | ounces | Red Chile |
3 | Cloves Garlic; minced | |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Oregano; crushed |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground oregano |
Directions
1. Cut raw chicken into strips. Place in a deep baking dish. 2. In a bowl, combine Red Chile, garlic, salt and oregano. 3. Pour mixture over poultry.
