Chicken and prawn soup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 14oz Cans Chicken Consomme
1 Skinless Chicken Breast fillet, cut into thin strips.
1 tablespoon Cornflour
2 ounces Peeled Prawns, thawed if using frozen.
1 Clove Garlic, peeled and chopped
dash Soy Sauce
Black Pepper
1 Egg, Beaten

Directions

Heat consomme in a large pan. Put chicken and cornflour in a polythene bag and shake until chicken is coated. Add chicken to soup and simmer for 10 minutes until tender. Stir in prawns, garlic, soy sauce and plenty of pepper.
