1 pounds Asparagus, steamed
½ Pineapple, cubed and
Steamed (OR
1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks,
Drained)
2 Tomatoes, sliced
1 Onion, diced
1 Green pepper, sliced
1 can (7 oz) green olives,
Sliced
1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon Basil
1 Head iceberg lettuce, torn

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Toss with dressing of your choice.
