Ingredients

½ cup NUTS OR SEEDS
¼ cup Flour
3 tablespoons CHICKEN STYLE SEASONING
1 teaspoon Salt
cup Additional water
2 cups Cooked garbanzo beans,
Salted -=OR=-
1 can (16oz) garbanzo beans,
Drained
cup Frozen green peas
cup Sliced carrot
½ cup Chopped onion

Directions

BLEND smooth the water, nuts or seeds, flour, seasoning and salt.

Pour into saucepan. Rinse blender with additional water and pour into saucepan. Lightly boil, stirring, about 5-10 minutes until thickened.
