Chinese-style crab soup

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Oil
½ pounds Crabmeat
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 mediums Tomatoes, coarsley chopped
teaspoon Chopped fresh ginger
5 cups Chicken broth
2 Eggs, beaten
tablespoon Vinegar
tablespoon Sherry
tablespoon Soy sauce
3 Scallions, sliced

Directions

Saute crabmeat, salt, tomatoes, and ginger in oil for 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Combine eggs, vinegar, sherry, and soy sauce in a bowl; mix well.
