2 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Chocolate chps
1 cup M&m's
¼ cup Cocoa
½ teaspoon Salt

Cream butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla well. Add remaining ingredients.

Spread ½ mixture in pan. Top with M&M's and then remaining dough. Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes.
