Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
24 Coloured marshmallows
½ cup Glazed cherries, cut in half
4 Squares semi-sweet chocolate
1 teaspoon Butter
1 Egg
1 cup Confectioner's sugar
Coconut or crushed pecans

Directions

On low heat melt chocolate. Remove from heat and add butter, egg and icing sugar. Beat thoroughly. Add marshmallows and cherries. Spoon onto coconut or pecans spread out on waxed paper and roll it until it resembles a log about 18 inches long. Keeping rolled in the waxed paper, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until "set". Slice into ½-inch circles. Makes a very decorative plate.
