Cinnamon candy punch

92 | ounces | Unsweetened pineapple juice; (2 cans) chilled |
8 | cups | Raspberry-flavored ginger ale; chilled |
Fresh mint sprigs; (optional) | ||
Pineapple cubes; (optional) |
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce he at, and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or until candies melt, stirring occasi onally. Cool completely.
Combine cinnamon mixture and juice in a large punch bowl; stir well. Add gi nger ale; stir gently. Yield: 5-½ quarts (serving size: 1 cup).
