4 Eggs; beaten
1 medium Onion; finely chopped
8 ounces Sharp cheddar cheese; grated
6 Single saltine crackers; finely crushed
3 Jars (6-oz) marinated artichokes; drained and finely chopped
1 dash Tabasco

Directions

Combine ingredients; pour into buttered (I spray PAM) 8 inch baking dish.

Bake at 325 for one hour. Cut into 1 inch squares; serve at hot or room temp. Good reheated in microwave.
