Cornish hens or chicken breasts with vegies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Cornish Hen - halved
Or
2 Chicken breasts
1 can Mushrooms, pieces & stems
1 can LeSeur Peas
1 can Shoepeg Corn
Salt & pepper
Butter or margarine
Aluminium Foil

Directions

1. Drain and mix mushrooms, peas and corn. 2. Place each half of cornish hen (or chicken breast) in aluminium foil. 3. Season with salt, pepper and butter or margarine to taste. 4. Arrange vegatable mix in hollow of hen/breast. Season to taste.

Seal.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
