| Equal blend of Cheddar; Monterey Jack, Asadero and Queso Quesadilla cheeses | ||
| Chipotles in Adobo sauce | ||
Directions
Grill both sides of the corn tortillas briefly. Then spread evenly the mixture of cheese on top of the tortillas. Next place one to 3 chipotles in a line bi secting the round tortillas. Fold the tortillas in half and grill on both sides evenly until the cheese melts.
