Crab stuffing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Crabmeat, fresh or frozen
cup Chopped celery
cup Melted fat
2 cups Bread crumbs
3 Eggs, beaten
½ cup Chopped onion
cup Chopped green pepper
2 Cloves garlic, fine chop
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
2 teaspoons Salt

Directions

Drain crabmeat. Cook onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in fat until tender. Combine bread cubes, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper, cooked vegs. and crabmeat. Mix well.
