Cream cheese crosses

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1 tablespoon Butter, softened
2 tablespoons Honey
¼ teaspoon Grated Lemon Rind

Directions

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in honey and lemon rind. Refrigerate until ready to use. On warm buns, pipe mixture to make crosses on buns. Do not reheat once crosses are in place. Makes enough for 1½ dozen buns.
