Creamy chicken pasta bake

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Condensed cream of mushroom with reduced fat soup 10-3/4 oz. can
1 cup Fat Free Sour Cream KNUDSEN FREE
½ cup Chopped red pepper
1 pack Part skim Mozzarella cheese KRAFT 1/3 Less Fat Natural (8 oz.), shredded, divided
8 ounces Spinach OR plain fettuccini cooked, drained
6 Chicken breast halves boneless, skinless about 2 lb.
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350-degrees F.

2. Mix soup, sour cream, pepper and 1 cup of the cheese. Toss with pasta. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish.

3. Arrange chicken breasts over pasta mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese and seasoning.

4. Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 6 servings.
