Creme de menthe mousse

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
20 larges Marshmallows; cut up
¼ cup Milk (up to)
4 tablespoons Creme de menthe
1 cup Whipping cream; whipped
Whipping cream; whipped
1 Chocolate covered toffee bar; grated
Mint sprigs (optional)

Directions

Combine marshmallows & milk in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows melt. Stir in creme de menthe. Chill until thick. Combine marshmallow mixture with 1 cup whipped cream, beating until well blended. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Chill. To serve, top with dollops of whipped cream & sprinkle with grated toffee bar. Serves 4.
