Crock pot tomato sauce

20 | xes | Tomatoes; peeled |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
5 | tablespoons | Corn starch |
2 | teaspoons | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Oregano |
1 | can | Tomato sauce (12 oz) |
Directions
Mix all ingredients in crock pot, excluding the corn starch. Cook on high 8 hours. Approximately 1 hour before done, mix corn starch with ½ cup water and add to crock pot mixture. Finish cooking. Cool and put in resealable bags or seal in jars.
