Curry artichoke dip

1 | can | Artichoke hearts, drained |
And squeezed dry | ||
½ | Box Mori Nu Lite Tofu | |
¼ | cup | Rice Dream (rice milk) |
2 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
½ | teaspoon | Ground coriander |
½ | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
¼ | teaspoon | Turmeric |
⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
⅛ | teaspoon | Hot mustard |
⅛ | teaspoon | Ground cloves |
⅛ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
Directions
Combine all in food processor and blend. Put in microwave safe dish and heat for 2-4 minutes. Serve hot. Better the second day.
