Devon strawberry tea

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Frozen sliced strawberries in syrup; thawed, One 425-gram package |
3 | cups | Tea; chilled [750mL] |
⅔ | cup | Frozen lemonade concentrate; thawed [75mL] |
1⅔ | tablespoon | Lemon juice; [25mL] |
2 | cups | Sparkling water; chilled [500mL] |

Directions
Purée the strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pass through a sieve to remove the seeds.
Combine the strawberry puré with the tea, lemonade concentrate and lemon juice in a large pitcher and chill for at least 1 hour or until serving time.
To serve : add the sparkling water to the strawberry mixture and pour into glasses. Garnish each serving with a lemon slice.
Yield : approx. 2 quarts (1¾ liters).
